Payment Terms

After confirming the selection of our service, we will charge 50% of the total fee. After we complete the immigration-related preparations, we will charge the remaining amount and transport the pet to the relevant destination before the pet departs.

Due to the different entry requirements and fees for different destinations, we can provide customers with simple quotations for free, which is convenient for customers to make choices. Since the requirements of each customer will be different, the price of the simple quotation may be different from the actual charge They are not the same (the actual charges are subject to the detailed quotation issued by the company), and each quotation is valid for one month.
